Thoroughly recommend this place.

Great owner and his son, who met us to hand over the keys. Very nice swimming, which was enjoyed by myself and my son. Had it all to ourselves. Very good price for what we got. Not far from the lake, whilst being not far from the town centre either.

Overall, this was an excellent place for our family to stay,

This is a nice location that is convenient to the train station, with several restaurants in the area. We arrived during a heat wave, but the apartment stayed cool because of the shades and location, and the temperature was comfortable. We asked about having a fan/ventilator, and the host brought one over during our first day, which was much appreciated to have some air movement. We enjoyed being able to wash our clothes within the apartment, which was very helpful. Overall, this was an excellent value, and the location is close to both the Chiemsee, and the foothills to the Alps. We were quite comfortable with having 4 in the apartment, and the host was responsive to our queries. Overall this was a great value

Simple clean apartment. Comfy beds

There was no hot water but the owner didn’t tell us. I asked for a partial refund but had to put in a complaint to Booking.com to get it. It’s a very basic old fashioned apartment. We weren’t told how to access the swimming pool.
