O apartamento é novo e com uma boa estrutura. O colchão é muito confortável.
O barulho de trânsito é insuportável, no horário de pico é muito barulho de buzinas e automóveis.
O anfitrião não oferece nem um sal. Nada de água e nem um óleo/azeite. Então, já sabe que vai ter que comprar tudo se quiser cozinhar.
