It was clean and well priced and the staff were friendly.
We were in a room adjacent to a service hall and there was some extremely loud noises after 10pm. We were waiting for a flight so it didn’t disturb our sleep but it would have.
When I arrived I thought I had the desk arrange airport transportation and they called with a price and asked for the time for pickup. When 1am rolled around there was no transport and the night desk was mystified. They suggested I book an Uber which I did but the car was way too small as there weren’t options for XL. We drove with suitcases stacked on our laps.
We used room service as the upstairs restaurant didn’t serve alcohol and the downstairs was closed. We didn’t speak the language and it was difficult to communicate in English. It worked out more or less and the food was good.
