The caretaker, Chaminda, was the best. He was so attentive and helpful and really made a difference to our stay at the property. The beds were comfy, there was hot water and air conditioning. The traditional Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious. And it was only a 5 minute drive from the nearest beach.

Thisath Villa is located on the Baddegama-Hikkaduwa main road. We booked the Araliya Villa. It had a fully equipped pantry so we could prepare our own meals. The king size bed and queen size bed in the very comfortable room were perfect for our family. The modern bathroom, bedroom, pantry, living area and the entire villa were very clean and well maintained. The smart TV made our children have a lot of fun with Netflix and apps. The caretaker of the villa was very kind and hospitable. He prepared a delicious breakfast for us. Highly recommended.
Everything is perfect. But, why you have not displayed a name board? Better you should show-case the name of your nice place. Isn't it?

Service was great. Place is classy and stylish. Staff went above and beyond to provide rhe best service. Very friendly and supportive staff. Chaminda was a great help when we needed assistance.
A special thank you goes to the charming cat Meenu who approaches people only if she knows that you like cats.
Living area can do with a bit more cooling.

Very clean , newly built Gorgeous villa with modern facilities. It is well equipped, including tv with streaming services , washing machines, barbecue, and hot water . 10 minutes drive to the beach. Property is very well managed . Beautiful garden with a lawn . Exceeded my expectations.
