Enttäuschend auf allen Ebenen

Einrichtung ist neu und Modern. Lage ist zentral genau daneben Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber direkt in einem großen Wohnblock. (machte kein Eindruck von einen sicheren Ort, aber sehr zentral)

-Haupteingangstür defekt - Austritt nur mit viel Glück möglich - Öffnung von Garage defekt -NUR KALTWASSER!!! - auch nach Ansprache beim Vermieter kam eine patzige Antwort es wäre alles ok und das Wasser zentral geschalten und ein patziges Gute Nacht dazu danach keinerlei Antworten mehr. Leider war das Problem damit nicht gelöst und wir standen alleine da mit einem Kleinkind eine absolute Katastrophe, duschen war nicht möglich! -Sauberkeit nicht ausreichend - Oberfläche ok aber wenn man genauer hinschaut- Ekelhaft - selbst der Wischeimer war mit einer dicken Schichtstaub belegt. - Fenster im Dachgeschoss ging nicht zu öffnen da das Rollo von außen defekt war! (Wir hatten 35 Grad draußen) Alle Punkte wurden angebracht leider bekamen wir keine faire und ordentliche Betreuung wir mussten nach bereits einer Nacht unseren Urlaub beenden in dieser Unterkunft! Gelderstattung aufgrund das es nur Kaltwasser gab, haben wir keine Erhalten mit der Erläuterung eine Rückerstattung wird nicht geleistet! Kundenservice musste informiert werden da mit dem Vermieter keine Kommunikation mehr stattgefunden hat, selbst nachdem wir geschrieben haben das wir bereits nach einer Nacht abreisen kam keinerlei Rückmeldung mehr! Sehr enttäuschend und schade um das Geld!

Kurzaufenthalt in Fürth

Unkomplizierter Check-in. Die Wohnung war sehr ordentlich, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sah aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist auch nahe Hbf und Zentrum. Edeka und Restaurants auch gleich ums Eck.

Die Küche ist etwas klein zum Kochen. Ein Fön wäre noch toll gewesen. Sonst alles super.

Unkomplizierter Check-in. Die Wohnung war sehr ordentlich, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sah aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist auch nahe Hbf und Zentrum. Edeka und Restaurants auch gleich ums Eck.

Die Küche ist etwas klein zum Kochen. Ein Fön wäre noch toll gewesen. Sonst alles super.
