Struttura davvero curata e pulita, in tipico stile coloniale. Sonia e Herman (senior e junior) sono veramente ospitali e disponibili. Ci hanno aiutato anche con l’organizzazione dei tour. Vito, il cagnolino di famiglia, è una meraviglia

Un hotel muy agradable. Sonia y Eugène son realmente encantadores y muy atentos. La habitación era preciosa, pero le faltaba espacio de almacenamiento.
Muy, muy ruidoso. La calle es muy transitada.

El hotel es muy lindo , colonial y contrasta con lo que uno espera ver en la zona cafetera , el personal muy amable la Sra Sonia y el esposo son muy pero demasiado amables , fue genial pasar la noches allá , espero volveré pronto , lo recomiendo 100 %

Breakfast was good- eggs and fruit were delicious. The hotel is very pretty! It was very easy to walk to and felt secure. The hosts were very nice people.
The noise level from traffic is terrible which makes it hard to rest. At night the bed under the window would have the smell of diesel fuel from passing trucks which was noxious.
Our room apparently didn’t have housekeeping so we had to ask for fresh towels.
We were told the credit card reader was broken so so we had to pay in cash which meant the exchange rate was terrible at the ATM so I ended up paying more for the room.
I would rate this as more of a nice hostel rather than “hotel” due to no housekeeping/absent toiletries. Also, there is no privacy for the shower and toilet area.
