Ubicación, todos los tour pasan a recoger y dejar a los turistas en ese punto, cero estrés por transporte

Le hace falta mantenimiento al desagüe del lavamanos, está taponado y esto hace que haya fuga de agua, se solicitó su apoyo para mantenimiento, espero lo hagan por favor.
Dar la opción de reserva con y sin desayuno incluido, porque compré con desayuno incluido y las salidas de los tours son tipo 3 a 4 am y el desayuno es a partir de las 6:30 am, por tal motivo disfruté de 7 días solo 2 veces, así mismo los tours lo incluyen, con esto se ahorra uno un poco de dinero

The location could not have been better. The bed was cozy. I really enjoyed the area where breakfast was provided fresh.
The bathroom was incredibly small. Sitting on the toilet, my knees touched the opposite wall…and I’m short! There was a faint smell of sewage coming from the drains in the bathroom. The lights were faulty.

El hotel es abrigador, no pase frio pero las instalaciones y acabados pueden mejorar, la puerta del baño que tiene la puerta mal puesta, el equipo extractor suena mucho, y acabar el trabajo de albañileria del baño

No se siente uno libre se salir cundo quiera siempre mantienen la puerta cerrada y te tienen que abrir al momento se salir y entrar
