The staff was absolutely accommodating & genuinely nice people !! Anytime I come to Upper Darby, I’ll definitely make this my #1 spot !! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the rooms and the colors are high end !! Beautifully designed rooms !! I highly recommend

My Recommendation is to always Triple check and room before selling it to a guest. Beautiful rooms like this needs all NEW linen replacement NOT Re-used sheets, washcloths or towels. Housekeepers do need to make sure there is NO HAIR in the bathroom or linen NEVER EVER EVER !! Actually clean the toilets and showers + sinks. Not just make up the bed. Housekeepers definitely need better training on cleaning. The front desk staff IMMEDIATELY took care of it though !! Prompt and Quick !! He even watched to make sure the room was clean to standard !! Great Management team to the wonderful beautiful lady at the front . I think she is the owner. It’s a family business & they are doing GREAT !! I highly recommend this lovely hotel !!

You should add a towel hook and a clothes hook in the bathroom

The rooms were nice enough. If you are a golfer the hotel is right there with a view of the links. Its about 20-40 mins to get into the city (depending on traffic) and a lot cheaper than the hotels I saw inside the city proper

The hotel lobby was HOT maybe the air was busted and the hallways smelled like old cigarettes even though they have no smoking signs about every 10 feet as you walk the hotel.
