God beliggenhed. Tæt på stor station hvor der er adgang til forskellige transportmidler.
God mulighed for spisning samt drinks ude lige i nærområdet.
Der er ikke så mange redskaber i køkkenet til at kunne lave mad. Hvis man primært vil lave mad i lejligheden, så kunne der med fordel være bedre faciliteter til dette. Både i form af flere glas/krus, pander, viskestykker og mere komfortable spisebordsstole.

Posizione ottima, Letti comodi. Riscaldamento ottimale.
Pulizia, abbiamo trovato la laniccia dietro la porta della camera dove abbiamo dormito ed è uscita anche da sotto il divano quando lo abbiamo aperto per fare il quinto letto. Il materasso del divano è macchiato il che non invoglia moltissimo a dormirci. Non era pulitissima nemmeno la doccia, abbiamo trovato dei capelli arrotolati sul tubo. Non mi è piaciuto che ci fosse la macchina per il caffè ma che non ci avessero lasciato nemmeno una cialda per la colazione, non si può pensare che uno compri una scatola di cialde per due notti, tra l'altro quando ho chiesto mi hanno detto proprio che "di solito non le lasciano". Non c'era nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua nel frigo, cosa che normalmente si lascia.

We liked the excellent location, as it is very close to key areas and well connected with nearby transport stations, which made getting around very easy.
The place is well organized, nicely designed, and generally comfortable for a short stay.
The overall value is quite high compared to what is offered. There was an issue with the bathroom sink drainage, and the bathroom floor was often full of water, which was inconvenient and unsafe, especially as I was traveling with children. We also noticed ants on the bed, which is not acceptable and raises concerns about cleanliness.
