Gemütliche Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Hochwertige Ausstattung und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Bequemes Bett und ein schöner Wohnbereich. Balkon zum Entspannen Tolle Lage mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand oder in die Stadt. Sehr herzliche und freundliche Schlüsselübergabe
Als kleinen Wunsch hätten wir uns noch eine Liege auf dem Balkon gewünscht, um die Sonne dort noch besser genießen zu können.

Gute geräumige Wohnung, modern und liebevolle Einrichtung, gehobene Ausstattung, es fehlte an fast nichts. Sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt, Marienhöhe, Milchbar und Weststrand. Geräumiger Balkon mit Morgensonne

Ausstattung und Zustand der Wohnung war sehr gut.
Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass ich meinen PKW NICHT vor der Haustüre parken kann, sondern wenige Meter weiter auf der rechten Seite. Das Ordnungsamt hat mein Fahrzeug bertis nach 60 Sekunden entdeckt und mir direkt eine unwiderrufliche Knolle von EUR 55 erteilt w/ Falschparkens. Zu dem Zeitpunkt habe ich vor der Haustür auf die Schlüsselübergabe gewartet.
