Situation très calme Propreté studio Grande salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne Cuisine fonctionnelle

I liked that everything was as advertised, the hosts were helpful and welcoming. The communication was good and quick. The location had good nearby free parking and a nice park area to visit within walking distance, with a small lake and ducks. The studio had everything needed for my stay, including a very well equipped kitchen for self-catering and cooking. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly with no problems and the TV & Netflix are a good feature that helped in deciding to make the reservation. Whilst there isn't a garden, there is a small patio area for breakfast which the hosts have tried to allow a bit of privacy or at least defined zoning using some small plants as natural screening. The shower was great, it had lots of variability to get it set exactly as anybody might want. The fridge is big with a smaller ice-compartment suitable for ice-cream etc. The powerful fan with different settings was a very good extra! The hosts Flora and Martin, live nearby across from the studio if needed but they allow privacy for their guests. Everything was clean and it was a pleasant stay. I was very happy with my stay so this is not a complaint (it's helpful feedback). Whilst there is a bench and folding table chairs. Sun loungers for the patio area would have been great given the good weather. The sofa bed was good quality but it must be remembered that it is a sofa bed. Whilst for me it was ok for short stays, others might find that it dips a little bit in the middle. It was easy to make/change from a bed to a sofa and back again but this must be done each day in order to have use of a sofa and a bed in the studio. It would be possible to have a bed and two chairs but then I doubt the two chairs would be as comfortable as the sofa, because it was a comfortable sofa for watching movies. I can understand the difficulty due to the balance that is needed and to be fair, I believe there is a balance. The hosts have chosen well with both the equipment and furnishings for the studio. Salle de bains gigantesque et très bien équipée. Cuisine + frigo

Literie moyenne. Canapé lit un peu fatigué.

Le studio d’Arry est très fonctionnel et très lumineux. Propreté irréprochable.
