EL ENTORNO NATURAL DE LA CABAÑA.
NO TUVIMOS WIFI EN LA CABAÑA (AUNQUE SE PROMOCIONABA EL MISMO EN TODO EL ESTABLECIMIENTO). EL BAÑO CON GOTERAS, MUCHA SUCIEDAD PROVENIENTE DEL RESPIRADERO DEL TECHO Y UN DIA TUVIMOS LA DESAGRADABLE PRESENCIA DE UN ALACRAN. MUCHO CALOR EN LAS CABAÑAS, LAS MISMAS NO CUENTAN CON EQUIPOS SPLITS EN LOS DORMITORIOS (SOLO POSEEN DOS VENTILADORES DE TECHO EN CADA HABITACION, LOS CUALES NO ALCANZARON PARA SOFOCAR EL CALOR QUE HIZO-NOS PROMETIO UN VENTILADOR ADICIONAL QUE NUNCA LLEGO). LOS $51000,00 QUE PAGUE POR NOCHE NO LO VALIERON. SI REQUERIS RECAMBIO DE TOALLAS, TE COBRAN, CREO. PORQUE CUANDO PEDIMOS PRIMERO NOS QUISIERON COBRAR DESPUES AFLOJARON CON QUE NOS DABAN "SIN CARGO". LA VERDAD ME HE HOSPEDADO EN MUCHISIMOS LUGARES EN TRASLASIERRA (MINA, NONO, HORNILLOS, V DE LA ROSAS) Y NUNCA ME PASO LO QUE EN ESTE LUGAR. LE PUSIMOS MUY BUENA ONDA CON MI FAMILIA POR QUE LA VERDAD NO TUVIMOS CHANCE DE CONSEGUIR OTRO LUGAR YA QUE VIAJAMOS DE MUY LEJOS CON RESERVA DEL 50% DE LA ESTADIA (LO CUAL HOY CREO QUE FUE UN ERROR). NO DEBERIA HABER PAGADO MAS DE UNA NOCHE EN CONCEPTO DE RESERVA. OTRA CUESTION NO MENOR FUE QUE CUANDO LLEGAMOS Y NOS ENCONTRAMOS QUE NO TENIAMOS WIFI EN LA CABAÑA Y QUISIMOS PLANTEAR LA SITUACION A LA ADMINISTRADORA DEL LUGAR LA MISMA NO NOS DIO OPCION MAS QUE "ARRIMARNOS" HASTA DONDE SI HABIA SEÑAL DE WIFI, LO QUE CONSIDERE UNA FALTA DE RESPETO TOTAL YA QUE HABIA PAGADO PARA TENER ESTE SERVICIO DENTRO DE LA CABAÑA, .PERO ESO NO FUE LO PEOR, SINO QUE EN VEZ DE DARNOS UNA SOLUCION RAZONABLE, COMO CAMBIARNOS A OTRA CABAÑA QUE SI TUVIERA WIFI CUANDO FUERA POSIBLE POR EJEMPLO (YA QUE HUBO ROTACION DURANTE LA SEMANA QUE ESTUVIMOS), NOS INTIMO RAPIDAMENTE A PAGAR EL RESTO DE LA ESTADIA O DIRECTAMENTE DESOCUPAR LA CABAÑA CUANDO EL VALOR DE LA RESERVA SE AGOTARA, LO CUAL NOS PARECIO UNA FALTA DE EMPATIA TERRIBLE. OBVIAMENTE NO VUELVO MAS A ESTE LUGAR NI LOCO Y MENOS LO RECOMIENDO! ES UN LUGAR DE PASO SOLO PARA UNA NOCHE MAXIMO. SALUDOS Y BUEN AÑO...
