The property is ideally situated if you want peace and quiet with a fantastic view point. It's as described down a short farm track. Leave your Lamborghini at home...it won't get down it. Anything else is fine, take it steady. The place is small, but has all you need for a short stay. The shower is excellent as is the bed, which was so comfortable. The views from the French doors are amazing. Nearby is a path that will take you down into Todmorden. Takes about 75 minutes to walk, where's there's plenty of nice bars and cafes. The walk consists of some fields and road. We received good instructions to get to the property and access.
This is more advice than criticism. The property is small and perhaps the need for decorative steps and a large plant aren't needed to allow for more room. It lacked hanging space/storage particularly in the bathroom. The carpet is "tired" and maybe should be replaced by a wooden floor, especially as dogs are allowed so easier to keep clean. Outside the foliage was getting overgrown and the rusted cooking stove outside is just an eyesore and needs disposing of. These aren't major things, but would bring it more up to date and look less in need of a bit of TLC. Would I stay again? Absolutely, if not for the views and location alone. Thanks.

Everything was perfect! Such a great little studio cottage, with the most incredible views over the Yorkshire hills.
So quiet & peaceful, but only a short drive from Todmorden and Hebden Bridge if you want to venture out for tea.
Our host, Emma, was so helpful and friendly, and gave us all the details we needed about the journey to the property, as well as amenities, accessibility, and more!
Really couldn’t have asked for a better, more relaxing and refreshing stay.
Nothing! I’d only note that if you’re staying with another person, the bathroom door offers little to no privacy.
