This is probably the quietest place I have ever stayed in Thailand. Everything inside and outside the property is pristinely clean and up to Western standards. I have stayed in almost every hotel in the Phan District area and this is by far the best option. If money is no object and you value cleanliness, quiet and a warm welcome, you won't find it anywhere else outside Chiang Rai.

Terry and his family are fantastic hosts, very warm and welcoming. The guest house is lovely and spacious, the large pool superb. Amazing breakfast! Highly recommend!

Alles!!! De ontvangst was liefdevol en warm. Het huis en zwembad en de tuin zijn perfect. Alles is super schoon en het bed is geweldig. Het ontbijt is het meest smaakvolle Thaise ontbijt wat ik tot nu toe heb mogen eten. Het was jammer om weer weg te gaan…
