The Location, the Bar and restaurant set up and out side sitting area.The staff it felt like a real effort, everyone was happy and helpful with any questions
Not much .. no lift as we were on top floor but older historic building so to be expected. We thought the room only rate was a little high . And although the wine was good a little overpriced for a glass .. plus side though.. great bar staff .. TV reception very poor so check with reception to see if it’s set up correctly..

Staff were very good that's about it
Room smaller than the name suggests (not a junior suite just a room with en suite) noisy outside late at night and kitchen delivery 6am. Non existent parking room sweltering hot
