It is a property manager who organises renting of several apartments. The one we had was a one-bedroom apartment with a completely separate bedroom. The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable.
Communication with the managing host was prompt which was just as well.
Unfortunately, although we arrived at 4pm, the apartment had not been cleaned. It was easy to contact the host and we were offered another apartment but it was not a one-bedroom but a studio.
Within 5-10 minutes the cleaners arrived, presumably after being contacted.
It is incredibly poorly equipped if you want to do any self-catering. One large saucepan was the only pan, not even a frying pan. The only kitchen utensils were a bread knife and a wooden spoon.
We were staying a week but were given no dishwashing detergent nor drying up cloth. One rubbish bag. One dishwasher tablet and no washing powder for the washing machine.
The bathroom door opens inwards creating a very tight space and the ventilation in the bathroom is poor and there are water marks on the ceiling.
Importantly - there is no air conditioning at all in the apartment and, probably, no heating although we didn't need either.
Access is through face identification and not all of the cameras could identify our faces. The ones at the lift were fine but not the ones at the main entrance. We had little problem getting in and out without it which questions the use of this method of security.

EVERYTHING.
There wasn’t a single thing not to be liked at this property

The property was clean and well appointed with material items. Washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, large tv etc. Spacious as well for 1 or 2 people
There was no dishwasher soap or tablets provided which was strange. No real windows in the place and the sliding door couldn't be secured which wasn't ideal. Suspect it would be super hot in summer with no aircon

Otherwise, fine and the catering downstairs was excellent.
Picking up the keys was difficult but probably my fault. But there were no contact details in the room to help with Wi fi etc. once I got to room.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable.
I didn’t need to use the kitchen but there were very few utensils and there were only two mugs and two glasses.
Otherwise, fine and the catering downstairs was excellent.
