Not applicable. These are self catering units. Internet worked well this visit.
When we arrived the refridgerator was off and there was a pool of water on the floor. The maintenance team quickly fixed the problem the next day and found that the fridge has been turned off during the cleaning process.

The place is very well maintained and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful in dealing with my requests. The electric sockets accept the two-prong europlug style adapters often sold with mobile phones. I never heard any neighbour noise either. A most enjoyable stay.

Location and security
We stay at Newlands Peak often and this was our worst experience by far. We rented 3 units. The units were very poorly equipped. One unit had no glasses and only 1 plate. Our unit 1 fork and no wine glasses. The bedside lamp did not work. The lamp in the lounge was broken. Worst of all, the blanket provided smelled of severe sweat/body odour. Don’t think it’s ever been washed. Was disgusting!!! The ground floor unit has a sliding door to the outside that can’t lock. The owner did not even bother to respond to my message let alone try to address the problems.
