Children loved the comfy beds and shower.
Liked the host was really and truly a phonecall way. That was good and kind.
The explanation for locating the keys were not so clear and very lengthy text to get through to understand expectations. Had to find a place with good network to open up the message which showed pictures. Pictures on car park were clear. On same picture , worth using a different colour to highlight direction of keybox as orientation of car changes location of keybox .
There was also the dodgy door handle. A bit hard to open and harder to lock at end of day when leaving. Locks easily from inside though. But no bolts on inner door so left me feeling quite insecure as only the outer door with key seperated me from intruders. Could not sleep.
Tried ordering pizza for kids that night to avoid cooking . Address was issue. Firstly, honeysuckle nor 32 listed on location menu as we had to google to find it was no. 32. Pizza guy too scared to come down as road too dark and parked in front of no. 31 and I was too scared to walk up but had to as house is the last cottage, so some very good bright lights would help and actual number.
I am not sure if accent when I first called led to some bias but I did not get to negotiate even 30mins delayed checkout, first call was an abrupt end. Stayed in car park a bit on day ofvleaving as tried to get my tired eyes focused; did not see any cleaners turn up. Had a very long drive back to the North, just wanted a bit of an extra time before heading off. Outside that, overall a good stay. We stay in such apartments when we drive far from home, this was fine. Would benefit from some instructions on how to set the heater and what will be in fridge or not. This is still an 8/10 but the above will make a 10/10.

The property was bright, clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and was very suitable for 4 adults
One of the beds was very hard and those sleeping in it didn’t sleep so well.

Loved the location. Short walk to a few pubs in the village which was good and also to a little shop. The house had everything we needed, was super comfy and very clean.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Area near by ramberlers retreat
Beds uncomfortable no sleep,overlooked at back property, tumble dryer broken knob, washing machine was smelly draw was disgusting inside,shower tray was uneven ,awful smell sewerage, laundry room and down stairs bathroom, I do think their is a blockage, cleanliness wasn't great .
