Location was fantastic, the street is beautiful and safe. They offer breakfast and check out is at 12 which is very comfortable. Communication was fine and access to the house is easy with passcodes.
The place we got had no natural light. The pictures showed a window on the bedroom however, our bedroom + bathroom had no window - they offered to change after first night which was very nice of them. The bed is not a big double bed. Is a standard twin bed. We had some communication issues at the beginning, make sure you have whatsapp on the number under your confirmation as they try to contact you there. The phones they share on the Booking confirmation message are not working.

El personal es muy atento y amable, y siempre disponibles para responder a nuestras dudas. El alojamiento está muy limpio y muy bien ubicado en la ciudad colonial, en una parte muy tranquila y con mucho encanto. Y el desayuno en el corner café muy bueno!

The apartment was in a great location in the colonial zone. It was clean and beautiful and the breakfast was nice.
After paying for the apartment on the app, I received a text via WhatsApp thanking me for my hotel stay in Punta Cana. I thought it was spam since I was not in Punta Cana, but in Santo Domingo. I did not click on any links because the text seemed suspicious.
The property was great, however, no one replied to my messages via booking.com, the phone number was disconnected in the app, and the directions in the app were very inaccurate and took us to a location no where near the apartment. It was an enormously frustrating ordeal to find the property, especially after driving for hours. After an hour of driving in circles, we relied on a valet from a different hotel to call Heritage, which also felt like a scam. Of course, that man wanted a tip for his “help”.
