Yellow Heron house is beautiful and functional. We were a two-family group of seven, it was perfect and we were all very comfortable. We had breakfast together at the very well designed and artful dining table every morning, that was such a great way to start each day. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. Beds were comfortable and the living room was a welcoming gathering place. Elena is thoughtful, communicative and anticipated our needs. All of us heartily recommend YHH for an extended stay. I chuckled at a prior review, calling out the “road” between the house and the beach—it’s really just a single-lane sand driveway, with maybe one or two cars an hour, not at all a barrier.

This home was perfect for our family of 5. Lots of space, right on the beach and Elena was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Lovely house, lovely location, wonderful host. One of the nicest beach houses I have ever stayed in and I have visited a lot. Perfect.

This place was great in so many ways. It was clean, the location is amazing, and it was nice to have a washer/dryer. The biggest problems were check in/out and transportation. We were promised a ride both to and from the airport, but the drivers were 40 min late when we arrived with no communication about whether they would show up or not, and our host was unreachable. What's worse, however, is our drivers were again 30 min late on checkout when we had to be at the airport. Again with no communication, so we had to scramble to find a way to get there. It was stressful both arriving and leaving this place, and for that reason I would not recommend it. If you do book here, figure out your own transportation!
