About this house rental
Our mushroom in the sky sits in the world famous “skiloft” neighborhood at the top of eastern America’s highest town! This two bedroom, two full bath, cozy retreat has some of the best long range views on the mountain and features direct slope access. Fred’s General store, famous brick oven pizza, and the local wine bar is within a 10 minute walk of the property so leave your car parked and enjoy the walk in the snow! Bring your favorite bottle of wine, or have some hot cocoa sitting on the eastern facing deck as you look over the town of Beech Mountain below. Are you a snow lover? If so, this is the place for you! At an elevation of 5300 feet, our chalet receives over 80 inches of natural snow per year and it’s proximity to the ski slopes means that you will find man-made snow covering the entire neighborhood almost any day of the year December through March. The temperature rarely exceeds 70° here during the summer, so this is a year-round destination! We look forward to your stay!
