This was the cleanest property we’ve rented in a long time. Immaculate! The only two issues for me, which were medium, was there was a distinct wet dog smell upon entering and the landscaping had lots of weeds everywhere and looked scraggly. Maybe someone other renter let their dogs on the couch and or bed? But those were medium issues. I’m sensitive to smells so others may not notice. Quiet, peaceful, tranquil (if the neighbors dogs are out they will rush at you and bark but don’t get that close), lots of beautiful birds and very quiet at night. Great spot to relax and chill. Property had everything needed plus snacks and water on arrival. Great coffee maker. Mattress was hard for both my husband and I. Wonderful view of the water from the windows. Great sitting chairs in front of windows. The walk to the beach is about a mile or a one minute easy drive. Great stay. And I really loved the cleanliness of the place. It’s hard to get places that clean!
