Ground floor with dining-living room, kitchenette, a courtesy [hidden] bathroom with shower and a double bedroom, on the floor, 3 bedrooms with separate toilet + bathroom with bathtub. Bed sizes; 1 x 1.60 + 2 x 1.80 + 1 x 90. Interior terrace of 40 m² with furniture to read, work, take a nap. . Very well located 600 m from the beach, parking on the same plot for 2 vehicles. Large fenced ground with 2 porches to enjoy a good barbecue, sun or shade while reading a book, relax sunbathing on one of the deckchairs, . . Enjoy the serenity of the area, water sports in the 7kms of beach of Sant Pere Pescador, playing with the wind and peaceful walks in the natural park of the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà, discovering a variety of animals.
