The pool was nice.
The 3rd bed not being a sofa bed was better than expected.
It was full of permanent tenants and one guy was up talking on his phone out in his deck at all hours.

Pool was great. Nice trees and lovely balconies.
Reception not being open. Cupboard door broken, toilet seat loose, in shower amenities empty, fold out couch not made up although had given details of number of people staying. Unable to contact reception as they were closed. Welcome letter read more like a rule book. Didn’t feel very welcoming. Expected more for the price.
