Closeness to beach, bedroom views, very spacious, rear courtyard, car parking permit was included. Location great for town, beach, shops and the railway station.
For the money we paid we were a little disappointed that there was peeling paint on bathroom walls, the skirting boards in conservatory/kitchen entrance were dusty.
Some of the items in kitchen were very basic ie toaster.
The back of the wardrobe was broken and bedroom main light didn't work.

Position was good access to beach and shops fine. Beds were comfy
The rugs on the floor were a trip hazard
The stairs were not suitable for people with restricted mobility

The cottage was lovely and cosy ..very well euipped for what we needed.
