Not good.

Location.

I cannot get a response from. The property. In the contract it states I have to wait 72 hours to get my $250 deposit back and get credited for toilet paper that we purchased because there wasn't any. I sent them an email with the problems we came across during our stay (including a dirty, unmade bed,) and they have not responded. Our check out was August 2nd. Today is the 10th. I have reached out twice through email and text messaged the property manager who said they've told finance to refund our deposit but they won't respond. I'm beyond disappointed and frustrated.

After all the small details were square- the stay was pleasant and worked well for our group.

Lots of room, comfortable beds, great shower/water pressure. Off and on street parking. Good walking neighborhood.

The property is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms NOT 4 br/2ba as it states in the headline on booking.com description- that needs to be changed- incorrect information. No grounded outlets.
