The town was fantastic, and the location on the square was perfect. It is in an old historic building that they completely renovated, but I felt like it could have been 100 years ago. I loved it. The coffee shop was wonderful, great atmosphere, full of people. We didn't eat at the Italian restaurant, but it lookd fantasic and had a cool outdoor eating area like you see in big cities. The owner met her husband in Italy, and they came back to open the restaurant, cafe and Nite Suites. Everything about this town is wonderful. Beautiful old houses, the oldest continuously operating movie theatre in the country, etc.
The young woman working in the coffee shop where we checked in did not understand customer service and came across as extremely rude. I spoke to the very nice owner about it, who was so thankful for my feedback and said they are trying to explain to her what is necessary in greeting and helping guests. That this young woman loves her job and has no idea that she appears rude. So I was very happy that the owner recognized it, was receptive and sympathetic to my feedback and is actively working with this woman to help her improve. I also appreciate that she is willing to invest the time and effort to help someone become a better worker.

What a lovely experience.. we felt spoilt and valued. Awesome 👌 the room was beautiful. The amenities generous, towels thick and the bed sublime

It was conveniently located above the restaurant we visited.
It was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated in the spirit of Italian culture, which reflected where we dined, Cafe Dodici. A perfect fusion!
The only thing was we were unable to get WIFi to sync with the smart TV.
