Friendly staff in every department that I interacted with from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast/food service. Thank you.
Clean and well kept. Employees showed pride in their workplace.
Was under construction? In the process of remodeling? Not sure which but large boxes lined the halls. Early morning Saturday hammering. Pool was out of service.
Not sure, was there already a rate adjustment built in when I booked or still paid regular price?

Friendly & accommodating staff
The pool was closed - this was not mentioned on the website. With temps in the mid 90's a dip in the pool would have been great after a day of travel.
The oder from the carpet glue was caustic. Many customers were chatting about it at breakfast.
Speaking of breakfast, very underwhelming. Very limited choices. Paper plates & cups & plastic forks! Not good for the environment.
