Potentially good, but needs work doing.

Kitchen and bathroom were good with good facilities. Bed was comfortable. Owner was efficient and polite.

Decor in living area was poor. Windows were dirty and covered in bird dropping and one window was cracked. Blinds were inadequate and in poor condition. Terrible old fireplace, surroundings paintwork was old and chipped.

Convenient for Hove restaurants

Convenient Location Good pressure in shower Charming building. Kitchen well equiped

Room slightly tired , could do with a paint refresh . Bed linen clean but not pressed. Basin in bathroom needed attention Shower cubicle shelf loose.
