7 Gehminuten vom an der Chuo-Linie, der Ost-West Hauptverkehrsachse Tokios gelegenen Bahnhof Koenji mit zahlreichen hervorragenden, preiswerten Restaurants und Geschäften entfernt, ist das Zimmerchen ein guter Stützpunkt für Exkursionen. Die Lage selbst ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, an Sauberkeit und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist nichts zu beanstanden.
Ein Waschbecken im Bad sucht man vergeblich, dieses besteht letztlich aus einer Duschkabine mit Spiegel. Dafür gibt es immerhin ein japanisches Hight-Tech-Klo mit Popospülung. Die Wohnung wirkt wohl aufgrund der Raumaufteilung kleiner als die angegebenen 20m2. Die ebenerdige Lage mit den Milchglasfenstern lässt sie, im Abstand von einem Meter von anderen Gebäuden umgeben, und des kaum vorhandenen Tageslichts wegen, wie eine Kellerwohnung wirken.

Lovely little clean space; perfect area and distance from central Tokyo. Very well equipped with almost everything required. Very comfortable, with a polite and gracious host who fixed our washing machine issue in a timely manner. If you’re only staying a few nights, this is the perfect place, in a wonderful location serving as the perfect introduction to charming Kōenji.
No dryer and we had some trouble with the washing machine. There was an array of different cleaning products — including hairspray — but no washing powder. Otherwise, no issues at all!

This place was nice and compact, and just a ten minute walk to the area with all the restaurants and shops, and has a convenience store just around the corner. The bed was comfortable too. The host was friendly and responsive too.
It might be a little tight for 2 people, but if you're used to the size of places in Tokyo it won't be a surprise.

試験会場に近く、アパートから15mのところに新しいパーキングがあったので便利でした。
試験の前泊だったのでガッツリ勉強するつもりでしたが照明が暗く勉強しにくかったです。LEDライトを持参すれば良かったと後悔。明るさを調整できる調光タイプの照明なら良かったです。ゴキブリが1回出ました。シャワー室が狭かったです。
