I aways do my diligence picking up more information from reviews rather than what each property says about themselves. I was in Tirana for 4 nights and read nothing but praise for Faces & Places and I can now add to it.
Every single employee was excellent, went out of their way to make sure guests were taken care of. Every request taken care of like the best and closest place to do laundry, allowing me to check in early and check out late., and sending good personalized information on WhatsApp
The cleaning folks were top notch, the manager of the kitchen, awesome. I would without hesitation stay here again and would recommend you do as well.
Now if there is a down side, the bottom units (of which I was in) faced into a small courtyard, Natural light but no direct sunlight. Easy fix, just request a second-floor room
