schöne Lage, aber katastrophale Wohnung, Finger weg!
-zentrale Lage des Grundstücks, kurze Wege zu Strand und Ortskern,
-Freundlichkeit des Vermieters (Mängelbeseitigung ist aber nicht seine Stärke),
-Parkplatz am Haus + provisorische Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder,
-Haustiere sind erlaubt (großer Pluspunkt)
-ordentliche Grundreinigung war erfolgt
-gut renoviertes Bad (mit Abstrichen)
-überdachte Terrasse, bequeme Gartenstühle
-starker muffiger Geruch beim ersten Betreten des Bungalows (vorher generell nicht ausreichend gelüftet!)
-in die Jahre gekommene Türen und Fenster (Intensivreinigung ggf. Austausch erforderlich)
-Haustür nicht dicht, bei Starkregen dringt Wasser in den ca. 25 cm tieferliegenden Wohnbereich, daraufhin löst sich der Fußboden und der Teppichboden wird nass (Gefahr von Schimmelbildung)
-insgesamt eine sehr dunkle Wohnung, da nur geringer Lichteinfall möglich ist
-Elektroheizung funktioniert nicht (Steckdose ist stromlos)
-Wand unter dem Heizkörper ist stockig, fleckig (Schimmelgefahr)
-Küchenbereich ist zum Essen zu klein für 2 Personen, Ausweichen auf die 2 kleinen "Tische" im Wohnbereich nötig (unbequem)
-im Bad ist eine der beiden Steckdosen ohne Funktion, eine Leuchte der Deckenbeleuchtung defekt,
-die Lattenroste und die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sind schlechtestes Niveau, die Bettdecken teilweise schon vergilbt und fleckig (hier ist dringend Erneuerung geboten!)
-kein WLAN im Gebäude, obwohl angepriesen,
-nur eingeschränkter Fernsehempfang möglich, da keine Umstellung auf HD erfolgte oder der Receiver zu alt ist,
-kein DVD-Player, obwohl ausgewiesen
-Gartenbereich ist schon länger nicht mehr gepflegt worden und entspricht nicht dem werbenden Bildmaterial
-Terrassenbereich verdreckt bei Regen durch eingespülte Erde etc. (Überdachung und Trennwand müsste vom Bewuchs und Verschmutzung befreit werden,
Fazit:
Man kann sich im Bungalow durchaus aufhalten, wenn man ausreichend kompromissbereit ist, unterm Strich ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis aber eine Frechheit und kann nicht akzeptiert werden.
