Location excellent for visiting Paris as a family, despite being on a busy street it was quiet in the apartment. Very clean and comfortable beds and helpful that there was an air conditioning unit in the apartment as well as a fan. Communication with owners/managers of the property helpful and easy to access despite being self service.
There seemed to be a problem with the lock, the door was not openable from the outside but we were not able to use the lock from inside for extra security. We received a prompt response that it would be addressed but this was not until after our stay had finished

Location was convenient
Noise: especially nights were very noisy. Traffic, sirens- police, ambulance and people’s voices carry up even to the fourth floor. Even with the shut windows. Also flashes of light from nearby neon signs were reflecting off the ceiling creating a sense of lightnings entering room. It is hard on eyes. Minuscule space to prepare food. Minuscule elevator: for a small person that is not claustrophobic.
