Breakfast and lunch meals were prepared by guests who brought groceries in. The floor plan and separation of rooms and bathrooms provided valued privacy, as did the separate living room area and kitchen. The unit was quiet, and the view of the bay from all floor levels was excellent. Overall, very comfortable and functional.
The housekeeping service should clean the bird droppings off of patio furniture, and two patio chairs on the lowest level were essentially non-useable because of this. Also, the microwave would operate, but not heat food. This appliance may need replacing.

The view of the water was breathtaking
Not close to any stores, You have to drive 20.minutes to find a store, I did have instacart make a delivery so if you can afford it, I would take full advantage of that!!!

It was quiet & beautiful view. Very clean and pool was well maintained.
It was great to have 2 designated parking spots, but it was a little difficult to manuever into and out of parking spot.
