Arrendataria nefasta

El trato de la propietaria, nefasto, de poca integridad, nos acusa de unos daños que no son ciertos que tiene que demostrar, lo único que dejamos es limpieza, unas bolsas de hielo en congelador y de la playa soltó arena y una carne que dejamos en frigo porque me daba lástima tirarla, le dejamos salón recogido cuartos recogidos y se queja de que la colcha tocaba el suelo un centímetro, cosa que las sábanas las dejo siempre quitadas porque se supone que limpian cuando otro inquilino entra pero está señora parece que no, que pensaba que le iba a dejar la cama hecha sin lavar sábanas, no entiendo de qué se queja y encima lo que acusa es que quería que le limpiara la cocina , lo cual sólo dejamos lo que he descrito aquí, arena que cayó de las bolsas de hielo de haber estado en la playa. Tengo entendido de sobra de todas las reservas que he hecho que quien limpia es el propietario y está señora nos acusa de eso,no hay imperfectos ningunos ni roturas ni destrozos, eso no es cierto. La sartén el culo estaba comido de grasa cuando llegamos y de tres días que hemos estado y hemos comido una vez solo en el piso nos acusa de guarros de haber dejado sartén así y que yo sepa de un día de cocina eso es imposible. Es nefasta como arrendataria

Tacksam för att vi fick nyckel redan andra dagen så vi endast behövde bo på hotell en natt.

Vi fick inte kontakt med värden trots att vi kom till adressen inom godkänd incheckningstid. Gick inte via sms, mejl eller telefon. Inget tecken/skylt på fastigheten som visar att vi var rätt. 2 timmar strul på kvällen innan vi gav upp och tog in på hotell. Andra dagen fortsatt strul med kontaktpersonen under ca 2 timmar. Jag kan fortsätta att skriva om hur misslyckad incheckningen var, det var tråkigt eftersom när vi väl kom in i lägenheten var den enligt förväntan. Olle Johansson

Estaba limpio

En las fotos se ve claramente los ductos de aire acondicionado central, cuando llegas te dicen que no hay aire y que usemos los ventiladores, lo cual teniendo en cuenta la zona y época del año, fue insuficiente, hacia mucho calor
