The price. Also the friendly and responsive staffs. The room was also comfortable because it has air conditioner and smart tv. The wifi was good, we can stream online without hassle. The location is quiet and homey. With security at the subdivision's entrance.
1. The location was kind of remote. It was hard for us to commute to the city. PUVs takes too long to arrive and are usually full. We tried using a ride share app but nobody accepted the bookings, maybe because it's too far. We had no choice but to book a motorcab which was too expensive. Around 250-300 per ride to Robinson and downtown plaza.
2. The area is not along the highway, even though the pinned location in the app said so. It's less than a 10 min walk from the unit (which is okay but considered as false advertising). The inn is inside a subdivision with active security by the entrance. But I felt anxious because the unit itself has a hollow plastic main door.
3. No food delivery app accepted our order while staying there, maybe because it's remote (?) there is one sari sari store close to the unit and an eatery across the highway when you get out of the subdivision but if you want a warm meal you need to go and order take out from Robinsons mall or the downtown area.
4. The shared spaces is disgusting. When we arrived, we were the only ones in the inn but the it looks like the unit was not cleaned after the previous guests. The trash was full, the bathroom has hair, melting soap and old toiletries (from the previous guests maybe). The kitchen sink looked dirty. Though the bedroom was okay.
