The location, the service and the staff. The room was small, but comfortable. There was a kitchenette and the staff brought an induction cooker and some utensils for cooking. My laundry was washed and delivered the same day and the receptionist Mang was very helpful anytime I needed anything.
The bathroom was leaking and repair took place after the national holiday, but the leak didn't stop. There were guests who used to start some activities only late night, so it was hard to block out that noise.

Phòng nhỏ nhưng khá sạch sẽ, ấm cúng, nhỏ hơn mình tưởng trên ảnh, nhưng năng lượng khá tốt, ngủ ngon, k có j bất thường, tự quản.

Toilets were clean and maintained well. Upper rooms are possible to access with Elevator.
There is No Real balcony. You can't even open the door of the balcony nor you can stand there. Like other Vietnamese hotels, they edit and use wide lense to make the room look bigger in pictures.
