It is not a self-contained studio; there are two more apartments opening onto the hallway and a shared entrance. There is a washing machine in the hallway available for an extra fee.

The room has everything you need.
The air conditioner and refrigerator run quietly.
Smart lock on the studio door and at the share entrance.
When the neighbors arrived and closed their door, our door rattled.

Céntrico, tiene aire acondicionado pero no es un apartamento, es una habitación con cocina incluida y un baño.
Es un tercero sin ascensor de un edificio cochambroso y oliendo a basura. No es fácil de encontrar, cancelas metálicas viejas y sin luz por los pasillos.
