La posizione centralissima, a due passi da tutto. L'appartamento in sé va bene per trascorrere un breve soggiorno. È abbastanza pulito ma si può fare di più. Le camere da letto sono confortevoli e carine nell'arredamento.

La struttura necessita di manutenzione, (box doccia da sistemare, la presa al muro del soggiorno da rimettere in sicurezza) più cura nei dettagli. Ha molto potenziale per la posizione in cui si trova, sistemando qualche dettaglio ed eliminando un po' di oggettistica superflua diventerebbe molto più bello e confortevole.

La posizione, intesa come vicinanza al centro, è ottimale scendi e sei in Piazza Castello. Anche le dimensioni sono un vantaggio sopratutto se, come noi, si viaggia in 7

L’alloggio è vissuto, non tanto negli arredi che sono recenti ma nella struttura. Gli infissi non chiudono e non isolano sopratutto dal rumore ed essendo al primo piano abbiamo passato due notti con il tram “in casa” e gli avventori dei locali a corredo. La pulizia inoltre non è accurata, cosa che abbiamo anche fatto presente alla proprietà.
