Its location.
It was very noisy with a busy road outside. Everything was done by app, no written instruction inside property. Things like getting rid of the rubbish was a trek and for the money I expected things like that to be less hassle.
The room layout was odd too, far too many small tables and nowhere to hang anything up The toilet was tiny with Louvre doors so not that private and if you’re not small you may struggle to use with the door shut.

The location is very good. Close to the city centre and a lovely view over the river.
The neighbours are smokers, which means the house smells from time to time.

Küche gut ausgestattet, Ambiente gut, Warmwasser okay, Badausstattung ebenfalls. Basics gut.
Dach-Bauarbeiten mit Gerüst auf unserem Balkon, Balkon definitiv nicht nutzbar / Schlagläden nur ein Viertel zu öffnen, Wohnung dadurch dunkel, der tolle Ausblick und der abendliche Wein bei Sonnenuntergang auf dem schönen Balkon waren nicht möglich! Balkon auch verdreckt, aber sowiso durch das Gerüst nicht benutzbar.
(keine Reaktion übrigens auf meine Beschwerde - eine ähnliche Wohnung ohne Balkon und Blick hätte es in Metz auch für 100 € weniger gegeben.)
Das gravierendste Problem:
Der gesamte Schließmechanismus der Eingangstür war eine Katastrophe. Schon der Checkin sehr schwierig (weil verkürzt beschrieben, an sich nicht sooo kompliziert), aber besonders schwierig wars, die Wohnung beim Verlassen wieder zu verschließen. Extrem komplizierte Logik, deren Automatismus auch noch sehr stark hakte und deutlich renovierungsbedürftig ist. Im optimalen Fall 5 Minuten gebraucht, ich selbst hätte komplett aufgeben müssen und eine neue Wohnung gebraucht oder die Haustür unverschlossen zurücklassen müssen.
