Очень уютная, чистая, красивая, удобная квартира. Все очень хорошо продумано для жизни. Приятно в ней находиться. Ощущение домашней обстановки. 10/10.
Из нюансов, которые нужно понимать, - встроенный в окно кондиционер - более шумный, чем сплит-система. Я так понимаю это распространенное решение для Манилы.

De inrichting van de kamer is volledig en netjes en met name de douche is fantastisch met een goede volle straal! Erg prettig hier te verblijven en we vonden het jammer dat we niet langer konden verlengen.
De receptie is niet goed op de hoogte van de verhuurders. Als je geen unitnummer weet, loop je tegen een muur.

Location
Check-in took over an hour, which was very frustrating given it was early morning hours. Great confusion and delayed arrival of the agent. Washing machine was listed as a facility, yet the owner then said it was at her discretion and eventually agreed to provide me access to it.
