My stay at Point Salines Hotel was great. I will recommend that you stay there.
Management and staff are very welcoming and accommodating. I was very happy with this recommendation. 🤩🤩

Horrible/Worst Hotel Experience Ever
absolutely nothing I wish I could give zero stars but have to select at least one star
We were charged more than what was given to us by booking.com. They charged it in ECD, so we didn’t realize it right away. Extremely loud music was played with a loud dj until 5:00 am. The walls were thumping and vibrating. We got no sleep. The pool is extreme dirty. The electricity stopped working in middle of the night, and the knob was broken on bathroom door. The sheets were extremely dirty. Management said they would credit back one night for one of the rooms for the loud noise from the outside party. They never did, and they now will not respond to me. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. I general do not write negative posts, but I want to save some else from experiencing this nightmare. I think we were the only people actually staying in the hotel. They had a New Years Eve party in which they charged local people to attend. Who does this at a hotel where people are paying to have somewhere to sleep? (and lasting until 5:00 am at that) We were not told they were having a party that lasted until 5:00 am when we checked in. Had we known this, we would have definitely not stayed here. Please find somewhere else to stay.
