The location of the hotel is excellent—very close to the Darshan Gates—which gave us a lot of flexibility to move in and out for darshan. The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The rooms were well maintained, although a few of the curtains, blinds and towels could be cleaner.
Initially, I faced an issue with payment as foreign credit cards were not accepted. However, the front office staff member, Pranit, managed to resolve the problem efficiently. He also surprised us by giving four copies of Satcharitra, which was a truly pleasant and thoughtful gesture.
I believe the overall cleanliness of the Sai Krishna restaurant can be improved, especially in the dining area. Additionally, some food items such as the vada and tosai batter tasted very sour, which suggests the batter may have fermented too long. I hope the team can look into this to maintain the quality customers expectation.

Location is very good , very near to the temple. There is no room service for food but that is ok and tolerable. However the restaurant attached to be hotel is very expensive. Prices are ridiculous, but one is helpless since all other restaurants in Shirdi are similarly high priced (cartelisation). For a short stay of day or two the Hotel is very good
Overall stay was good. Cleanliness can be improved
