Villa Banic is truly impressive, both inside and out. It is located in one of the most beautiful regions of Croatia, Central Istria, and is surrounded by hills, forests and untouched nature.
Just imagine what it feels like to step outside and catch a glimpse of an enchanting medieval hilltop town. The outdoor area offers an inviting pool area with sun loungers and a covered dining area with a lovely summer kitchen and charcoal barbecue. From the shaded terrace you have direct access to the open-plan first floor. On the first floor you will find a romantic living room with a fireplace, a beautiful dining area and a fully equipped kitchen that combines modern with rustic details. The villa has four bedrooms, all of which are equipped with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. Three bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom has two single beds. But that's not all! On the lower floor you will find a wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi to make your vacation even more perfect.

Its medieval town center is situated on a hill above the fertile valley of the longest river in Istria, the Mirna. Today, Buzet is widely known as the town of truffles, as the forests along the Mirna are particularly rich in these wonderful tubers.

In honor of this, the famous truffle festival takes place every year in September and October. The famous medieval town of Motovun is only a few kilometers away from the villa. The stunningly beautiful medieval hilltop town of Motovun is known as a monument town and exudes authentic Istrian charm and history spiced with spectacular views over hills covered with vineyards, hamlets and farmhouses, as well as over the magical Mirna valley. Traditional local festivities and the renowned international film festival are hosted here, enlivening this small, tranquil place.
