Villa David
This beautiful villa, which sleeps ten, is situated on the outskirts of the lovely coastal town of Poreč. Set in a peaceful neighbourhood, Villa David is the ideal choice for families looking for a place where they can relax and leave the stresses of everyday life behind. You’ll love the beautifully maintained, lush garden. The garden is filled with plants and trees that exude a distinctive Mediterranean fragrance. The highlight of the garden is the large private pool with hydromassage. The pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and is just a few steps away from the beautiful covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen and dining area, where you can prepare and enjoy your meals. The interior of the villa is beautifully furnished, very bright and spacious, and comprises five bedrooms. Three of them have a double bed and two have twin beds. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower cubicle. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom, the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with access to the terrace, which features a cosy seating area and table football. The remaining four bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The balcony, with its lovely sea view, is the perfect place to start every morning of your holiday. The villa is fully fenced, offers Wi-Fi, four private parking spaces and is situated close to all the amenities you need, just a short drive from the nearest beach. Groups of young people are not permitted. Situated in a quiet part of Poreč, yet just a short drive from the town centre, this villa is ideal both for those who prefer a relaxing holiday and for those who enjoy the hustle and bustle of tourist towns. In Poreč you’ll find all sorts of activities, restaurants, bars and clubs, but the town is best known for its rich cultural heritage. Poreč, formerly a Roman colony, reached its peak during the reign of the Byzantine Emperor Justinian. The breathtaking Euphrasian Basilica, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is the finest testament to the splendour of that era. Places of interest include the medieval towns of Motovun and Groznjan, as well as the coastal towns of Rovinj and Vrsar. A little further afield, the Brijuni Islands, the Roman amphitheatre in Pula and Venice are all easily accessible from this region.
