Villa Niazi
If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday away from the city crowds, Villa Niazi is the perfect choice for you. This charmingly furnished and decorated villa with a swimming pool has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. On the ground floor of the villa, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining table, a living room with a fireplace and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
In the living room, you’ll find a cosy sofa offering a magnificent sea view – ideal for film nights with family or friends – as well as a small table and a large television. The patio door in the living room offers a breathtaking view of the pool and the beautiful countryside. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has access to the balcony. Outside the villa, on the terrace, there is a table with 10 chairs where you can enjoy a delicious meal prepared on the charcoal barbecue provided. There is also garden furniture where you can relax with a cold drink after a long, enjoyable day. Take a dip in the pool by the terrace or unwind on the sun loungers. Sunbathing on the sun loungers is the perfect way to round off your day. Villa Niazi is ideal for a lovely holiday with family or friends and will delight you with its peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Villa Niazi is situated in the small village of Moscenicka Draga, not far from Opatija. Once a small fishing village, it is now a popular tourist destination.
It is said that Moscenicka Draga was founded at the point where Mount Učka plunges into the sea. It is precisely this location that has given the town a romantic atmosphere which endures to this day. Moscenicka Draga’s popularity is also evident in the fact that the nobility of Opatija used to come here with their loved ones for romantic trysts. The beautiful Lungomare promenade is ideal for evening strolls accompanied by the sound of the sea, followed by a magnificent sunset.
For a perfect summer holiday, beaches and clear seas are, of course, a must. According to many, Moscenicka Draga is home to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic: Sipar. Head to the beach, choose your spot in the sun and enjoy the sea and all the pleasures it has to offer. The beaches of Uboka and Jelenscica are located outside the town, but are definitely worth a visit.
If you’re more interested in an active holiday, choose one of the walking or cycling trails and explore the unspoilt nature surrounding the town.
