Villa Simone
Villa Simone is an Istrian stone villa, over two centuries old but beautifully renovated, just a short drive from Poreč. It is completely walled to ensure privacy and security for a luxurious holiday for couples or families with children.
The villa has a beautiful garden in which to relax, surrounded by typical regional vegetation. The exterior features a well-proportioned swimming pool and an adjoining terrace with a barbecue and a dining area for eight people. You will truly enjoy your freshly prepared meals.
When you enter Villa Simone from the ground-floor terrace, you’ll find the rustic living room, a dining area, the fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. A cosy fireplace completes the atmosphere. The first floor has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a shared bathroom. A furnished covered terrace is perfect for relaxing and leads to another terrace just around the corner.
Both terraces are accessible from the garden via a few steps. On the second floor, you’ll find two cosy bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. All bathrooms are fitted with showers.

It is ideal for couples or family holidays. The stone residence, measuring 170 m², can accommodate up to 8 people. It blends seamlessly with the landscape and traditional architecture. The villa was built two centuries ago using local stone and natural materials. From the verandas of the house, you can enjoy the evenings under a starry sky with magnificent sea views.
