Expected better conditions for a Japanese apartment

Easy neighborhood to browse around, Modern designed room, Convenient bathroom

The room was not properly cleaned when we entered the first time, as we found dust at the overhead bedframe and hair in different parts of the room. The air inside the room and the building itself didn't feel fresh, giving a sense of moldiness inside the areas. Even when we opened the windows, air circulation from outside was kind of blocked due to another building located in small proximity. There was an air purifier inside the room but it didn't help much. Whenever we returned to the room, there was always a funky smell in the room. We also used the washing machine in the building, but our clothes didn't smell clean and fresh.

Very beautiful apartment block in the heart of Kyoto streets. Very quiet and clean, would stay here again

Very clean and externally comfortable bed, easy self check in and check out, very good location only short walk from nijo castle, market arcade and transportation.

Great value

Easy check-in. Nice location. Well worth the value.

Really good place to stay, convenient, clean and safe

It was very comfortable, clean, and modern. The security to get in and out was good. It was right by a really cool shopping street, and the train station wasn't too far to get to.

There were no issues; it literally exceeded our expectations. Unless you wanted to cook in a kitchen, there wasn't one to do that, but they still had a microwave and kettle which was convenient for us.
