Sehr enttäuschend
Nachdem von Antonio (Anbieter) die von ihm versprochene Rückzahlung der hälftigen Unterkunftskosten nicht bei uns einging, mussten wir uns leider an Booking.com und Paypal wenden, um unseren durch ihn verdorbenen Urlaub wenigstens teilweise entschädigt zu bekommen.
Die einzige Strecke die zu ihm führt, ist eine schwer befahrbare Straße, die 30 Minuten durch Haarnadelkurven und an sehr steilen Abhängen liegt. Auf dieser besagten Straße platzte uns von herunterfallenden Geröll ein Autoreifen, was uns dann bei der Unterkunft auffiel.
Kurz darauf folgte der nächste Schock, als wir den Zustand und die Lage der Unterkunft gesehen haben. Vor dem Haus war eine schmale Straße, direkt daneben ein 800 m tiefer, ungesicherter Abgrund (dies hat er, wir denken absichtlich, nicht in seiner Beschreibung erwähnt). Jeder erwachsene Mensch muss soweit denken können, dass diese Art zu wohnen/zu leben nicht von jedem als normal angesehen wird oder gesund ist, da jeder weiß, dass es Schlafwandler oder Menschen mit Höhenangst gibt, wie dies bei uns der Fall war. Wir haben dem Vermieter, der im Nebenhaus wohnte auch unverzüglich klargemacht, dass wir sofort wieder weg wollen.
Schon bei der Buchung, die wir einen Tag vorher getätigt haben, gab es Probleme mit ihm. Wir buchten für drei Personen, die Technik machte aber zwei Personen daraus. Also haben wir 2 Minuten nach der Buchung von zwei auf drei Personen aufstocken wollen. Hierfür verlangte der Vermieter verbotenerweise einen Aufpreis, den er bei Ankunft bar auf die Hand haben wollte. Nach sofortiger Rücksprache mit dem Booking-Kundendienst, stellte sich heraus, dass dies nicht korrekt ist. Da er sich nicht mal bemüht hat, Ersatz für uns zu bekommen, gehen wir davon aus, dass er sich das Geld ohne Aufwand einstecken wollte, wir dagegen mussten in der Dunkelheit zu Fuß mit Gepäck in der Hochsaison auf Unterkunftssuche gehen und hatten dadurch mehr als doppelte Kosten.
