Turned out to be amazing new hotel (only 1 month old!), everything is so stylish, new and comfortable! The location is the best - it’s a surf spot with ocean all around you, and it’s a private beach and 2 pools so very little people! Great viewpoint restaurant. Already recommended Ili Ili to my friends as the only really beautiful and calm place in Mar del Plata. Every room has a balcony, almost all have direct sea views, so we slept with ocean and birds sounds, it was amazing! The breakfast was ok, the location is 30 min taxi from the center of Mar del Plata, but we didn’t want to go there at all in the end.
All great, really. And it’s very rare when I find nothing to suggest improving:)

El desayuno es bueno con algunos productos de producción propia, según nos contaron, el jugo de naranja no era exprimido, pero aceptable.
La limpieza impecable
La ubicación es inmejorable, acceso directo a la playa, y vistas increíbles de la bahía de Mogotes
Quizás algunas cosas que pueden agregar a futuro, como poner en las habitaciones una pava eléctrica, ofrecer el servicio del restaurante waikiki en la habitación, podrían hacer en la terraza una sala de usos múltiples con juegos para adultos y niños, y servicio de spa
