The location was great — less than 5 km from Ao Nang Beach, Ao Nang Landmark Night Market, the mosque, pharmacies, and places to eat. It’s calm, peaceful, and has a beautiful pool.
The staff were super sweet, warm, friendly, and helpful. We were greeted every morning and again when we returned from our day with warm smiles. They wished us well for the day and asked how our day was when we came back — I thought that was lovely.
Our flight arrival time was late, and we requested a late check-in, which was accommodated without any issues. I also asked the staff member at the front desk where I could buy milk, and without hesitation, he immediately used his app to help me — now that’s going the extra mile.
Check-in and check-out were quick and easy.
The villa was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. Laundry services are available. The villa also has a shuttle to the beach with several time slots to choose from.
Thank you for a lovely stay, warm welcome, and great service.
The stay was amazing — Perhaps adding a microwave in the future would make it even more comfortable.
